De EM-312 is een slanke rekgemonteerde 12-kanaals mixer met 6 mic / line combo-ingangen en 6 extra line-ingangen. Het heeft XLR-uitgangen, een 6,3 mm mono-uitgang, een stereo RCA-opname-uitgang en een 6,3 mm bewakingsuitgang voor het microfoongedeelte. De EM-312 biedt afzonderlijke volumeregelingen voor alle ingangen naast volumeregeling voor mono-uitgang en master-volumeregeling. Het heeft een 3-bands equalizer en een instelbare prioriteitsfunctie voor microfoonaankondigingen via kanaal 1.
